STANDARD FEES: POSTMARKED JUNE 21-AUG. 15th
$35-SHORTS-30 minutes or less
$45-MINI-FEATURES-31-59 minutes
$55-FEATURES-60 minutes or more
LATE ENTRY FEES: For entries POSTMARKED after August 15th until the 31st of August. No exceptions
