Sherry Whisman is an award winning actress who has been seen many times during the last 12 years on stages in Tulsa, Sapulpa and Broken Arrow.  At the Barebones International Film Festival in Tulsa in 2005, Sherry was selected as Best Female Actor for her lead role in "Down The Road", a feature length motion picture filmed entirely in Oklahoma and written by her husband, Dale.  Sherry has also directed numerous stage productions in Sapulpa.  She is formerly President of the Board of Directors in Sapulpa Community Theatre where she still is a member of the board and currently serve as Treasure of Broken Arrow Community Playhouse Board of Directors.

 

Sherry and Dale own Fireside Talents, Inc., a talent agency in Tulsa, Oklahoma where they work tirelessly to put their talent to work in commercials and films. 

 

Sherry teaches acting and provides free training for Fireside talent in auditioning to make sure they are prepared.

 

She has worked with Bare Bones Film Festival and Script2Screen Film Festival as a volunteer for the past 5 years.
