The early years….Lisa Ann is a native of Chicago. When she was very young she would grab the camera wanting her
picture taken. Lisa was destined to be in the Film Industry. She lived in a suburb of Chicago called Arlington Heights, Illinois.
She then moved to California. She was always fascinated with law. In 1976 she decided to attend and graduate from Southland
College of Medical And Legal Careers. She became a Legal Secretary right out of Business College working for an Entertainment
Law Firm. During the 1970’s she won Miss Palm Springs, also was given the opportunity to try out for the Miss Catalina
contest. In the 1980’s Lisa worked for a high powered Billion Dollar Finance Company for six years. She also modeled
for Brooke Shields mom for two years. Having executive business skills for over twenty years she
incorporates business
with entertainment.
In 2006 Lisa became an Actor. She is also an Entertainment Rep. for “Syncmasters”, Film and Music Composers.
She continues to work with them. In 2007 Lisa took her career to the next level. She became an Associate Producer for Emperor
Frederick Von Seidl, Producer of the Featured Musical Comedy/Horror film called “West Ghost Studios: Extra Dead." In
2008 Lisa was promoted to Producer. She will continue to work as a Producer on his films along with various other genres of
films with Syncmasters.
Lisa’s passion went even deeper than this...being a survivor of Child Abuse to Womanhood, now a very strong advocate
she new in her heart one day she would meet someone who had the same passion as she did. Lisa worked with Patty McCall who
was an Associate Producer, now a Co-Producer on the film. One day Patty’s felt to share her life story with Lisa.
Her story was written on a journal for two years. Shortly after, the book came to life through Lisa’s passion.
December 10, 2008 Lisa became a Co-Editorial of the book titled “Unmasking
The Pain Within” which is based
on Patty McCall’s true story. January 2009, her passion led her to form a Non-Profit Organization founded in Oklahoma
called “P.A.I.N. Foundation” (Prevention, Awareness In Neighborhoods) against Domestic Violence, she is a Co-Founder.
Lisa’s received unbelievable support in Oklahoma, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, Virginia and California.
She promoted the book through a Book Signing Tour, becoming affiliated with Services for Domestic Violence/Shelters. Lisa
made appearances on Radio Stations and TV, such as Channel 6, channel 8 and Cable TV. She is currently producing and writing
the script for the movie which is in pre-production to be filmed in 2011. Twice a year Lisa is honored to present the “PAIN
FOUNDATION AWARD” for the Best Domestic Violence Awareness Short Film at the Bare Bones Film Festival (Script To Screen
in Oklahoma.
She is a producer of ten Short films, which two Short films have already been produced in LA, Ca. called “PAIN”
and the other was filmed in April at the Bare Bones Film Festival in Muskogee, Oklahoma called “Respect”. Both
were filmed in 2010.
