Lisandro Boccacci, 23 years old born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Grew up in Miami, Florida and Valbonne, France. Finished school at Union High School Tulsa, Oklahoma and currently living in this Tulsa. Worked on uncountable theater productions and for seven years been working on the film side behind the camera.

 

Film works include, documentaries: GUYS & DOLLS Behind the scenes, MARCHING FOR LIFE, SUMMER SOUL SUNSHINE PATRIOT & the AMERICAN MESSAGE, and currently working on a new feature documentary: SCHOOL OF RISE. Feature films include: Shards of Glass (winner Best Drama at Script2screen) BOXES, and Hatch and currently working on RATHERMAN REDUX. Short films inlcude Voyage Control and just finished "A 10 Cent Cup." Works closely with Tulsa community College, TU, local talent and productions that come in town. Writer, producer, composer, director, actor, although i have to say my strongest talent is behind the camera i think.

 

Filmming is my biggest passion in life, it's my favorite type of art form because it's so involving with so many things on so many different levels. You get to work with people who are equally passionate as you are on projects and to see the final project on the big screen and to share that with people is truely an amazing experience. My dream is to keep making films and working with the same and new people. I hope to never lose a connection with a person because the collaboration process is so important in this field and there are so many talented people with great ideas to work with. I'm very thankful for the opportunities to shine through film festivals, it's been a great honor to be looked up and regarded as a real filmmaker by my peers and colleagues which i owe the greatest thanks to. GP films is a company i run, short for Guerilla PERSPECTIVE.

 

Our goal has always been to make great films at a very low cost because it's such an expensive art form. The technology is making it cheaper for indies.
