Ms. Enlow is the Horror Producer, and the heart & soul of Next Monkey Productions.  She began the company when she noticed that not many independent filmmakers were completing their projects.  "It was very frustrating to work on the set of a movie that never would be finished.  You'd believe that 'this time would be different,' and get excited about seeing the finished product only to hear the movie had been scrapped."  When her patience finally expired, Next Monkey Productions was born.

"...There is no other genre but HORROR for me. I don't do chic flicks...give me the blood and gore! I LOVE the thrill of the scare." Enlow is inspired by horror films like Texas Chainsaw Mascara, and Eli Roth's Cabin Fever. "I had a long visit with Eli Roth after he sold his movie Cabin Fever....I was extremely excited about completing our current movie Branded, and challenged by the journey of obtaining distribution for our movies."

Brain Damage Films has signed on both Toe Tags and Branded for US and Foreign rights. "This is a dream come true. It is one challenge to complete a movie, and an even bigger challenge to make the movie quality good enough that you win awards at Film Festivals.... and your movies get picked up by a very well known distributor in the horror movie world."

Since it's inception, Next Monkey Productions (NMP) has garnered press relating to both it's founder, Darla Enlow, and it's productions - TOE TAGS and BRANDED.

An article about TOE TAGS appeared in the nationally distributed horror magazine, FANGORIA.  Adding to the movie’s national coverage was an article in yet another nationally distributed horror magazine, FEMME FATALES.
